Risk Mitigation & Safety: Oversaw the integration of advanced air filtration systems for carcinogen isolation and managed the construction of an ICC 500-compliant storm shelter for uninterrupted emergency operations.
Operational Efficiency: Validated facility circulation layouts—including four drive-thru apparatus bays—to minimize response times and maximize personnel readiness.
