Founded in April 2018, FDCS is an Owner’s Representative firm built on over 70 combined years of industry expertise. Headquartered in North Texas, we specialize exclusively in providing construction management services to municipal governments. Our firm was established to provide cities and counties with the high-level technical oversight necessary to navigate complex public infrastructure projects.
