Rowlett, Texas
Project Overview
A 24/7/365 dual-agency hub engineered for high-security protocols and rapid-response demands. FDCS served as the owner’s representative, bridging the gap between architectural vision and operational necessity to ensure the facility fully optimizes first responder safety, wellness, and community resilience.

Key Deliverables
  • Atmospheric & Structural Security: Directed the integration of advanced exhaust filtration for source carcinogen isolation, and oversaw construction of ICC 500-compliant hardened structures for uninterrupted emergency command during extreme weather.

  • Personnel Wellness Infrastructure: Validated the layout of the residential wing—including modern sleeping quarters and full-service amenities—to support a diverse workforce and maximize long-term operational readiness.

  • Fiscal & Project Stewardship: Acted as the central technical hub between municipal leadership, engineers, and contractors, rigorously managing change orders and maintaining an audit-ready project record.
