Hardened Command & Control: Directed the construction of a 4,500-square-foot, ICC 500-compliant Emergency Operations Center (EOC), securing uninterrupted regional disaster response and command functions.
Rapid Response Engineering: Oversaw four expansive drive-thru apparatus bays equipped with high-performance bi-folding doors and source-capture exhaust ventilation to maximize response speed and atmospheric safety.
Specialized Training Integration: Coordinated the complex construction of high-liability training assets, including a dedicated trench rescue prop and a tactical burn tower engineered to rigorous durability standards.
Campus Infrastructure Stewardship: Acted as the central technical hub managing diverse campus elements—including a 235-foot communications tower—while enforcing strict budget control and maintaining an audit-ready project record.
